Peanut/Nut Free Snack Safety List
Thank you for keeping HCLS a Nut-Product free environment!
The members of Holy Cross Lutheran School are a close community always willing to help one another. In the interest and care of the children in our school with severe life-threatening peanut and tree nut allergies. We are a nut product free school. Children with air-borne nut allergies are in danger when they are even near the allergen. We appreciate your effort in refraining from bringing foods containing peanut butter, peanuts, or nut products to school.
The school is happy to offer a comprihensive list with safe snack items and a list of what to look for on the labels. These are suggestions to help make snack time shopping easier. As always, please check the label even if the item is on the list, as manufacturing processes do change. Thank you for your compassion and attention. With your help all of our Holy Cross children will be safe.
